The Unseasonal is an alternative take on our world.

As a purpose-driven special projects magazine, we feature timeless pictorials, thoughtful stories, and unique collaborations with some of the most creative and sought-after personalities in the fields of fashion, contemporary art, and celebrity culture. Each project, story, and partnership is carefully selected. We are a magazine about passion, travel, beauty, the change in seasons, the unusual, and the human condition. The Unseasonal offers a rare quality in times of fast fashion and social media madness. It embodies the feeling of a getaway, slowing down, exotic places, optimism, breathtaking dreams, and a lightness of being, traced with elements from the past, the future, Romanticism, and impulses for making the world a better place. The Unseasonal received many awards for its photography as well as a Red Dot Design Award, an ADC Award for Best Publication Design, and two nominations for the German Design Award.

Available worldwide in print annually and online throughout the year.
For every copy sold, The Unseasonal is donating to a non-governmental organization.
